UGA SDBC Augusta staff invite you to attend for information as small business owners seek to fill open positions. Participants will be introduced to many facets of the job market in the current economy. Topics include the present labor force, inside the application process, what applicants are saying, importance of work climate, importance of knowing productivity numbers, and best processes for efficiency in the business hiring process.
