Performs functions associated with the appraisal of real property, personal property and mapping Appraisals of rural and urban land, residential and commercial improvements and personal property establishing values for assessments and ad valorem tax purposes Must be at least 21 years and have one to three years experience in a similar position or sufficient experience to perform principle duties Must attend required training and successfully complete appraisers’ exam
