Bill deGolian has been practicing law since 1979, representing individuals in wrongful death and injury claims, contract disputes and insurance coverage questions. Bill specializes in litigation and trial work, and is committed to representing his clients zealously and honestly. A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Georgia School of Law, Bill is a longtime partner in the law firm of Johnson and Ward in Atlanta.

Professional Trial Attorney

As an experienced trial attorney, Bill has tried numerous cases over the years. He has served on the faculty of the Atlanta Bar Association’s College of Trial Advocacy and the Emory University School of Law Trial Practice Program. He is a master of the Bleckley Inn of Court. Bill has lectured frequently on representing victims of nursing home neglect and took the lead in organizing a seminar on enforcement of nursing regulations. He also lectures on automobile insurance coverage issues, professionalism and legal ethics.
