Halloween Carnival & Trunk or Treat

Description

Bring the family and join us for an afternoon of fun and community on the Square. We will have a trunk or treat sponsored by the awesome ladies at Kute N Kuddly Kids, a downtown carnival and trick or treat brought to you by the fabulous Downtown Merchants Association, and a costume contest with cash prizes sponsored by the Washington Downtown Development Authority. 

At 7 pm, will be the costume contest, best trunk and SquareCrow judging on the Square!
