The members of the United Community Awareness Program (UCAP) of Washington invite you to their Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend of Events. The Annual MLK Parade. Line up begins at 12 noon at 508 Whitehall Street (Hwy 44). Fee for entering is $12.00. Parade begins at 1:00.
