Hosted by the Robert Toombs House and Sponsored by Friends of Mary Willis Library & Washington-Wilkes Historical Foundation
Join us for an entertaining evening with historian, educator and spirited lecturer, Sloane Meyer as she presents an enlightened view of Victorian women specifically connected to the literature of the era.
After the presentation, you will have special access to the museum’s September exhibit showcasing the women who lived in the Robert Toombs House from 1797 to 1973.
Light refreshments of punch, coffee and cookies will be offered.
