Groundskeeper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Duties:

- Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the property
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas by mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall aesthetics of the property
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
- Irrigate lawns and landscaped areas to ensure proper hydration
- Remove debris, leaves, and trash from outdoor spaces
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features or structures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used in groundskeeping
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
